Refund & Returns Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2026
Scope
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases of botanical ingredients, bioceutical compounds, and related raw materials (collectively, "Products") made through GACP LLC ("GACP," "we," "our") via gacp.llc or by direct order.
1. Quality Guarantee
All Products are shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an accredited third-party laboratory. GACP guarantees that Products conform to the specifications stated on the accompanying CoA at the time of shipment.
2. Inspection & Acceptance
2.1 The Buyer shall inspect all Products promptly upon receipt. Products are deemed accepted unless the Buyer notifies GACP of a non-conformance or defect within the applicable time periods stated in Section 3 below.
2.2 Acceptance does not waive claims for latent defects that could not reasonably have been discovered upon initial inspection, provided such defects are reported promptly upon discovery and before any material further processing of the affected lot.
3. Eligible Refund & Return Scenarios
3.1 Quality Defects (Specification Non-Conformance). If a Product does not conform to its CoA specifications, the Buyer may request a refund or replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. The Buyer must provide:
- Photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy;
- The original CoA and order confirmation number; and
- Results from an independent, accredited laboratory analysis demonstrating non-conformance, if requested by GACP.
3.2 Latent Defects. For non-conformances that could not reasonably have been discovered upon visual inspection, the Buyer must notify GACP promptly upon discovery and in any event before any material further processing of the affected lot beyond reasonable quality-control sampling.
3.3 Shipping Damage. If Products arrive visibly damaged due to transit, the Buyer must notify GACP within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence. GACP will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at its discretion.
3.4 Incorrect Product. If GACP ships a Product that does not match the Buyer's confirmed order, GACP will arrange return shipping at its own expense and ship the correct Product or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products for which a return request is made more than fourteen (14) days after delivery, except for latent defects reported under Section 3.2;
- Products that have been opened, repackaged, processed, or altered from their original shipped condition, except as necessary for quality-control sampling under Section 3.1;
- Lots that have been materially consumed beyond reasonable quality-control sampling quantities;
- Custom formulation orders or blended Products made to the Buyer's specifications;
- Sample quantities provided at no charge; and
- Products where the Buyer has failed to store the Product in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the CoA or product listing.
5. Exclusive Remedy
The refund, replacement, and dispute-resolution rights described in this policy constitute the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedies for any non-conforming, defective, or damaged Product, except where applicable law requires additional remedies that cannot be disclaimed.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of GACP's acceptance of the return claim. If a replacement is issued, it will be shipped within five (5) business days of claim acceptance.
7. Return Shipping
For quality defects confirmed by GACP (Section 3.1), GACP will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Dispute Resolution
If the Buyer disagrees with GACP's determination regarding a refund or return claim, both parties agree to submit the dispute to independent laboratory analysis. The cost of such analysis shall be borne by the party whose position is not supported by the results.
For the full CoA methodology, retain-sample handling, and dispute process, see the Quality Assurance & CoA Policy.
9. Chargeback Policy
GACP encourages Buyers to contact us directly at info@gacp.llc to resolve any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through GACP's refund process may result in suspension of the Buyer's account and refusal of future orders.
10. Contact
All refund and return requests must be submitted in writing to info@gacp.llc or via the contact form within the applicable time periods stated above.
